Yes, both directions. The switch is scheduled and takes effect at your next renewal, when the new cycle is billed — so you never pay twice for the same period and never lose days you've already paid for. You can cancel a scheduled switch any time before it applies.
Upgrades take effect immediately and we only bill the difference for the remaining days of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle so you never lose paid time. You can see the exact calculation before you confirm — no surprises on the next invoice.
Never. You pay for the plan, not the people on it. The only per-seat charge is for staff beyond what your plan already includes — available as an add-on on Growth and Enterprise, and removable any month.
Sending pauses — nothing goes out and nothing is charged. Top up whenever you like: purchased credits never expire, and they are only spent once your monthly plan credits are used up. We will never auto-charge you for more.
Only with at least 30 days' notice by email, and never for a period you have already paid for. A price change applies from your next renewal onwards — the same price a new customer would pay that day.
Subscription payments are non-refundable — but nothing is ever charged automatically, so you can never be billed for a period you did not choose. Cancel and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do refund duplicate or erroneous charges, and the unused part of your period if we ever discontinue the service.
